Summer Nomads: This exhibition features 20 canvases that focus on memories, sensations, and longing. A lifelong seeker and traveling experimenter at heart, Alexandra Ramírez never stays in one place.
Her canvases are not rectangular or square, they are polygonal, layered, complex, and multifaceted. They come from living life, from the reality that inspires, and that reality is not of a regular shape, it is relative, changeable, and elusive. Alexandra plays with concepts, and her canvases are defined as expressive, stained-glass cubism.
